Expert-HR operates simply and professionally and allows you to tailor your needs to your business. This can be done as a fixed price project for a specific piece of work, on a daily rate or a monthly contract for on-going HR support.

Expert-HR specialises in providing bespoke services to the SME marketplace. Founded in 2012, it was created to provide growing businesses with professional help and expertise. The business provides guidance, professional help and the practical implementation of all HR related activity.

Expert-HR was founded by Liz Jones (MCIPD), an HR practising professional with over 10 years’ experience in commercial private businesses. Liz started her career in sales but later moved into an I.T consultancy start-up. As the HR Director for the UK operation, she navigated the business through expansion, mergers and acquisitions and was part of the growth that saw the business increase from 6 employees to 400 employees worldwide to create a $100m business.

Since 2012, Expert-HR has provided HR services to a number of businesses across a wide range of industries including recruitment, I.T and creative businesses.
